Honest answer: it depends on the stakes. If a bad first year in a senior role costs you a team, a promotion, or your own confidence, six months of steady, private coaching is cheap insurance. If you just want a book recommendation, save your money — I’ll send you a list for free.
Why priced per program, not per hour?
Because nobody does their best thinking while mentally counting billable minutes. One price, agreed up front, means we can sit with a hard question as long as it needs instead of rushing to the next appointment.
What if it’s not the right fit?
That’s exactly what the free 30-minute fit call decides — before any invoice exists. Sometimes the honest answer is “not yet,” or “you need a therapist, not a coach,” or “try this one free thing first.” I’d rather tell you that than take a program you don’t need.
Do you coach in person or remotely?
Both. Sessions run from the Billerica studio at 31 Bellflower Rd or over video, whichever keeps you consistent. Most clients mix the two. Team offsites are on-site with you.
How do I actually pay?
Invoiced per program — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or ACH bank transfer. Longer engagements can be split across the term. No cart, no checkout gimmicks; you book, we agree the program, you get an invoice.
